Pauline

I suppose that you and I get along so well, so well.
I propose a toast to the summer days as well, as well.

I wanted you to know, but I had to say it slow.
I’m amazed, and I’m in space, but I’ll stay, if you say so.
We always said we’d reconnect in home depot or east, at least.
We’d never know what’s coming next, encouragement or tease, but please,

You know you make me jump on pogo sticks, you make me dance when I’m really sick.
Distorted shapes, the colors fade, but I’ll stay, if you say so.

Honey, let’s not keep guessing.

I will always say, yes I love you.
I will always say it to you.
There are a lot of things to say, some would be left unsaid.
There are a lot of games to play, some of them in your head.

I’ve been to silent roads, and they’ve got signs with some typos.
Strike a pose, with your lovely clothes, and we’ll sway,
And we’ll sway,
And we’ll sway, we’ll sway.

When we say so.
